Payment Methods

We accept all payment by all major credit cards and debit cards. We use iZettle and PayPal to process all our sales and services on this website. Cash/Card payments will need to be made at our registered address and bank transfers are excepted with confirmation by phone. Your PayPal details are communicated directly between your bank or building society and the iZettle secure server using SSL encryption. We except all cash/card transactions on local home visits. We advise not to send cash through the post.

A written receipt plus a email confirmation will always be sent to you after every transaction.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Following the UK distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. We must point out that with regret this dose not include the sale of pieced earrings.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19 we are extending this period to 14 days.

After this time we will be happy to exchange or refund goods (with the exception of earrings)  if they are returned to us in mint condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Voucher & Credit Notes

In order to purchase a Voucher you will need to register your detail with our company. Gift Vouchers and Credit notes will be sent to you through the post and a email confirmation will be sent to you. Our Vouchers must be redeemed with products or services in which our company offer, they can be used as full or part payment on all our products or services including workshop duties. We can not be held reasonable if the address entered is incorrect and someone other than the recipient uses the gift voucher.

All Girt Vouchers and Credit notes are valid up to two years from the date of purchase and these vouchers can not be exchanged for cash. We are not responsible for Gift vouchers being lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

The cost of returning your order and the responsibility for the items is your own. We recommend sending your items using a secure, trackable and insured postage service. Please note we do not refund any original shipping costs.
